1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PakEducate ("the Platform"), operated by Wang Lab of Innovation (WALI) PVT Limited ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PakEducate is a cloud-based School Management System (SaaS) designed for Pakistani primary and secondary schools. The Platform provides tools for student management, attendance tracking, result management, fee collection, payroll, and related educational administration.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by educational institutions and their authorized representatives (school owners, head teachers, teachers, and administrative staff). Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Schools are responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel access the system.

4. Account Registration

  • Schools are registered through our onboarding process or by contacting our team.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Passwords must meet our security requirements: minimum 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

PakEducate offers tiered subscription plans based on school size and feature requirements. Pricing, plan details, and billing terms will be communicated during onboarding. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Non-payment may result in temporary suspension of access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other schools' data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform.

7. Data Ownership

Schools retain full ownership of their data entered into the Platform, including student records, attendance data, results, and financial information. We do not claim ownership over your data. Schools may request data export or deletion at any time through the Platform's data protection features.

8. Data Protection

We take data protection seriously, especially given that the Platform handles children's educational records. Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and access controls.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Wang Lab of Innovation (WALI) PVT Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice.
  • We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, schools may request a complete export of their data within 30 days.
  • After the 30-day data export period, all school data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WALI PVT Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered school administrators. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Pakistan.
